Want to try somewhere new

Post by catchin1 »

Got the chance to get away this weekend. Thinking of possibly trying some new water, maybe Panecea or over around Lanark. From the pics noleflyfisher post, Lanark water looks nice. Also here good things from fishing the Shoals out of Pancea. Anyone got any suggetions on which one or where I might find some accomodations.
I know its the opening day for scallops and some places may be full.

P.S. Econfina Resort is booked so thats why I'm looking. :-D

There is a motel in Panacea. I don't recall the name of it, but it used to be Poseys. It's right across the highway from the road to Panacea Harbour. Eerman is frequently down that way. Maybe he knows the name of the place.

Good luck.
What was I supposed to do today?
