Anyone got a good reciepe for some Red Snapper? Wife told me tonight that the fried was good, but she would like to try it another way.
Got enough for another dinner tomorrow night, and am thinking about blackened, or grilled.
Anybody got a favorite they would like to share?

oven 350, fillets in baking dish, two tree pats of butter per fillet, drizzle juice of a lemon over fillets, some cavenders greek seasoning, sprinkle a little dill, a little salt & pepper, zest lemon over fillets..bake til meat is white and tender...ezpz...works for redfish, trout, rock bass..hell about anything even chicken
