I get the itch to flounder once in a while, so I go. Then I realize why I don't go that often. :-D
I would look under the docks at Shell Point. You will need a small boat to weave around all those boats, and docks. You will need to be careful here. Folks don't take kindly to people sneaking around their docks in the middle of the night.
Another place I would try would be the west wnd of Alligator Point, that long shallow stretch of sand looks like it would be prime for some flounders.

Thanks rocket! I shoulda thought of All. Bay! That place would be perfect.
And a small boat would be in protected waters. :D

If the wind is slack, try the shallow waters around mashes sands.
