Nice ride. I went and looked at an '04 last Wednesday that was the same set up, but the Powerpole rigging indicated the first owner wasn't worried about preserving the condition of the boat long term...anyway.

Hewes/RF hold their value as well as any boat in FL. You've already found maverickboats.com. Their forum is unbelievable for info. If you have any questions on set up PM RRunkel on this site. He's pretty much done everything to his 16RF. Things like battery location, wiring, prop, etc.

Very nice boat. Congratulations on your purchase.

I've got a 1996 Hewes Bonefisher and I love the boat. It's very stable, rides great in a chop and is a pleasure to drive.

You'll be happy for years to come with that boat. I haven't had any issues with mine and it's ten years old

I am in the process of getting a new boat within around 4 months and I have near about decided on a SeaPro 21 foot boat. But I Must say that boat you just picked up looks pretty damn impressive man :D
