Twisted TinCan's arm and made him go fishing today. We launched from the LH before dawn and headed east.

No poling today, the wind was blowing a gale. Went as far east as Redfish Point and started drifting the flats back to the west. As the tide fell out we worked our way out to deeper water. Finishing up the day in 7'.

We caught catfish, ladyfish, shark, grouper, rock bass, 3 nice redfish, 2 keeper trout, a pile of throwback trout, and spanish mackeral. Caught 'em on topwater, a gold spoon, jigs under a CT, and straight jigs.

I appreciate you coming along T.C. As always had a great time.

Can't wait til next time.

As usual, I thoroughly enjoyed the day. And I do appreciate you volunteering to work with me tomorrow, to help me catch up on what I didn't get done today.

17' xpress Alum. I thinking of changing the name of the boat to the "Nutcracker" after this morning.

That name is very appropriate. I could have slept that hour and a half we were riding at daylight, if the boat would have ridden a little smoother.
