Aucilla 8-19

Post by rocket »

After bangning on FishMasterson's door for 30 minutes this morning, we made it to the ramp, and were under way by 07:30.
Not a lot of action, but we managed 8 reds, and one trout. It was aparrent FM was keeping count. This was evident from his trash talking while he was up 2 fish to my nil.
When I caught my 4th red he was sitting down, not fishing, like he had given up. I gave him a movational speech, and he quickly had a line in the water. In no short order he had his finest catch of the day. We ended with 4 reds a piece.
All the reds were 18" except for FM's last one that measured a whopping 9". :o :-D
Just when I think he can't top that, he puts a 6"er in the boat, but of the trout variety.

Good report, Rocket.

Kinda reminds me of fishing with Chalk. After he falls behind you have to pump him up to get him back in the game.
