Why...You shouldn't believe everything you hear, relate it to you telling a fishing story

I've fish mainly in Kayak Fishing tournaments, and branch out to boat tournaments when I can be competitive (Not a grouper or offshore tourney). The kayak tournament in Jacksonville has over 200 participants and every fish is photographed and entered. In Virginia Beach, VA two weeks ago, the Kayak club (I am in) won third place in the CCA tournament against all the boats, and they did bring in their fish for it. I think that political correctness will overtake the tournaments and it will turn to photographs. The Redfish tour could use a length tourney, and keep it within the state rules 18"-27" or whatever it is in the state they fish. But whatever the rules are for the inshore tourneys, I still want to compete, but I'll still have to follow my own rules and bring in only fish I think can be competitve. Enjoyed this past weekend and I look forward to more.
