Got on the water around 1:30 and headed east to black rock area. A little windy but not to bad. Tried topwater and semi submersible but it was tuff cause of the grass. Went to gulp under CT and bouncing them off the bottom. Caught trout to 20" brought 3 home. Fish caught on Gulp, gold and orange cordell redfin, and cutbait (pinfish) big trout was taken on cutbait. My partner had a red about 10 ft from boat and then he just flipped us off and went on his way. Also caught ladyfish and lizard fish. Water temp was consistent around 80.2

All and all not a bad day, got my fishing medicine and got rid of my cough I had earlier at work.

Good dill, Finnifish. It's amazing what a little salt air will do for a cough.

Good report

I had about the same results out there yesterday myself. Wish I would have known there were other forum members out and about.
