Running through the refuge, they pulled over to fill out a pass, and I kept going. I passed The Man on the way in just about 45mph, and got a good look. Backed in boat expecting friends to show up and drop me off.....didn't happen....The Man thought twice of them doin 55 and stopped em but let them off with a warning

Water was comin in strong from 9:00 till high tide, we boated 5 keeper trout right off as I trolled through a trout area toward one of my red areas from last fall. Then here comes this Arse

To make a longer story short, it was my second best day at St Marks. We landed 16 reds to 28", most in the slot. One guest caught his first 3 reds! Topwater was good for about 6 of them with my favorite skitterwalk. Spoons on the rest. Twice, we had 3 on at the same time! Good stuff till about 1:30.
To top it off I landed a topwater 25" trout, that was released to fight again. We picked up a few more keeper trout and headed to the hill. Blessed to be out there today

Good to see you out there TC !
