SOLD

1652 MVT PCC tunnel hull Sea Ark with 40 HP Yamaha Four Stroke
(MVT = modified vee tunnel, PCC = P model center console).
Turn key boat, everything operational. Runs excellent and below average use.
Hull, motor, and trailer are 1999. $5200

NADA bluebook average value states the hull and outboard are worth $5070 but does not include the trailer and other options like the vinyl flooring (cool to the touch, no reflection, & sound deadening), SS windshield grab rail, and extended deck & storage (nice option!). Nor does it reflect the value of other features this boat comes with:

Motor Guide Great White 12V/52 lb thrust trolling motor
Garmin 160 Blue Fishfinder
(tracks at all speeds)
VHF radio
compass
dual batteries
bimini top
12 gallon fuel tank
(under the center console)
fuel water separator
livewell w/aerator
navigation lights
bilge pump
windshield
Sting Ray hydrofoil
9 rod holders
spotlight power point
large easily removable teak swim platform
(a large elderly person would have no problem using)

Hull is silver in color and all welded. Trailer is an Aluminum Magic Trail with Buddy Bearings, hull guides for both stern & bow, outboard motor cradle, and a spare tire (new fenders, leaf springs, trailer lights, swivel jack). Small enough to be stored in a garage. If you know anything about jons you probably know that Sea Ark is one of the best built jons on the market. This has been a great boat for my young family.

This well thought-out shallow running jon boat comes customized with rod holders (SS flush mounted for trolling), oars, bimini supports, and flush mounted fishfinder. Boat is rated for 6 people or 785 lb, which is a higher person & weight rating of comparable sized jon boats. The transom is high on account of the tunnel and the interior is finished (no ribs exposed). Jumps on plane within 10-15 feet (Sting Ray hydrofoil) and it scoots with the quiet four stroke 40 HP Yamaha. It’s been covered all its life and comes with USCG safety equipment, flares, & life jackets. Fresh fluids and filters. This rig has below average use and would be a great boat for a young family with small children.

Selling because I bought a larger jon with a jetfoot. Photos were taken on September 30, 2006
