Hey Dog, I was just wandering why you always look like you just step out of a high priced hunting magazine when you take pictures of those nice fish  I bet under all those $60 shirts and designer jeans you probably got on a FAMU shirt and a pair of WAL-MART shorts :o AS you might can detect I have a little jealousy going on right now :smt010

Birddog, you sure seem to be catchin a lot of #*%* for posting some nice photos for everybody to see. With all the Birddog envy people are admitting to on this thread maybe should seek some sponsorship. You know "if I could be like Mike (i mean Birddog)."

No jealousy here buddy, congratulations on the catching, and thanks for the posting the fish porn. :smt004 It's pictures like that get me through the week and anticipating each weekend.

Hold on, now that I think about it I am jealous that you get fish on Mondays. That is what I really want you to reveal, how does a man work that out?
In the end we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. And we will understand only what we are taught.

I'm not sure I agree with that statement, let me explain by example:

Birddog says, "All right Jumptrout51, pull forward." moments later his boat is side ways on the ramp off the trailer.

Chalk is cruising at one of his two speeds, if you didn't know I have two speeds wide open and stopped  ....Birddog says, "Lets try over there." Chalk says, "It looks shallow." Birddog says, "I've done it, looks okay to me." moments later Chalk plows into a sand bar.

So being like Birddog isn't all that it's cracked up to be, but we tend to make up for any short falls with a nice box of fish...You got to be prepared to take the good with the bad.

I have to second what Chalk says. The "Birddog" reports always sound good. But all y'all need to spend a couple of days in a boat with him. :smt011 :smt011

I think what Chalk's trying to say is, I fish like my head is on fire, I never accept defeat, and I'll push my equipment to the breaking point to catch another fish. 8)
