A Bay Charter Report

Post by 1-850-Bay-Fish »

Port St Joe area fishing is good this time of year with plenty of trout from the oil docks and lots of action from bluefish in the surf. The canal is still holding fish with shrimp and white grubs landing most the fish.
Apalachicola has a good sheepshead bite along the bridges using small shrimp, and the on the moving tide you can find redfish on the bars.
Found my limit of trout and sheepshead at the hwy 79 bridge in Panama City area the bite was hot and landed the limits in just an hour or two.
good luck and have a safe trip
nothing is free except cheese and its in a mouse trap

Thanks for the report, Capt. Gary. I had hoped to get over that way but it looks like it'll be in January.
