Dad called Fri morning and said he was going with or without me. With! We put in at the lighthouse and headed east to the spot where I caught the reds on Tues. Again, we could not get in the creeks, so we fished as shallow as we could and as close to the shoreline as possible. One small red was the only fish of the day Decided to give the "trolling for grouper" thing a try for the first time. Headed south straight out from Deep creek. Ran out to 30 foot of water and trolled a stretch 30. Never got a bite and never really found any good bottom. Maybe next time, unless the reds are biting Got to fish twice in one week, gotta love that [/img]
All the fish I caught today was before 8am "a 30" and 25" Grouper with two breakoffs" The major bite was supposed to be from 8:50 to 10:50, I didn't get a single bite during that time Still, time with yer dad is something that's worth more than any fish
