Fresh Tuna

A friend of mine gave me some fresh tuna, What recipe should i use, since i have never cooked any tuna?

It would be best if you don't cook it. Slice it thin and eat with a little soy and wasabi. :lick:

If you must cook it use dry fast cooking. Very hot to seer the outside. You want rare in the middle. Overcooked tuna is good for 2 things, tuna casserole and cat food.
