12-30-2006 Everywhere

Post by jsuber »

I went to St Marks Lighthouse and took pictures of deer in the saltponds. It was too windy to put in so I went to the fort. Paddled to teh Powerplant, no luck. Paddled to the mouth of the St Marks entrance. No Luck. Went back to the ramp and watched wome chuckle heads catch under size reds and throw them in the cooler. I left and went to Oyster Bay, and paddled all around the east side of Oyser bay, paddled all the way to Spring Creek, then paddled out to the islands in front of Oyster bay and back through the East side again. I made a big old cirlce and all I saw was sheephead on the flats and i couldn't get them to bite either. I must of used all my luck yesterday. The wind was kickin in the morning then went to dead when the tide changed. Beautiful day, Bluebird Day. No fish for me. Do ya'll smell something.

That's what happens when you become a Florida Sportsman celebrity. Now all the fish know who you are and that you're armed and dangerous :-D
