I went looking in all the unusual places today. Not a bite. At least I know where they ain't. :roll:

Dayum. Except for not getting grounded that sounds like an Atticus report.

so before I keep an eye on you two Saturday, could you let us know whether you're gonna be fishing where they are or where they ain't?

But here's an even easier way:
29 is the predicted low Friday night. The real low (minus) occurs in the middle of the night, when it's coldest. That means if you get out before the sun comes up you'll be able to just walk across the flats picking and culling the biggest stiff-near-frozen trout right off the grass. You could be back on the hill eating breakfast at Savannahs by 8:30.
