SPECS IN IAMONIA

Post by FUTCHCAIRO »

WENT OVER TO IAMONIA YESTERDAY AFTERNOON ABOUT 3 P.M. AND FISHED TILL 4P.M. CAUGHT 12 SPECS WITH 5 IN THE 10-12 INCH RANGE. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SPEC FISHING A BIG OLE BASS BROKE THE WATER ABOUT 40 ' FROM THE BOAT, THREW A BUZZ BAIT JUST PAST WHERE SHE BROKE THE WATER AND STARTED RIPPING THE BAIT BACK TO THE BOAT AND "BAM", SHE INHALED IT. I WOULD GUESS HER WEIGHT AT ABOUT 6-8 # , ALMOST POPPING OPEN WITH ROE, LET HER GO BACK TO RAISE SOME MORE BASS. REALLY ENJOYED THE TIME I WAS ABLE TO GET ON THE WATER.
