Mashes 1/27

Post by Mako17 »

We hit the ramp around 9:00 with only two other trucks in the lot. It was a very cold bumpy ride on the way out. Trolled around 24 for a little bit then headed west looking for another spot. While trolling to our spot the first keeper comes over on the green tiger stretch 30. Marked the good bottom and trolled around it for an hour put 1 more keeper in the box and released several shorts. Finally got out to another spot and got nothing so decided to go back to first spot. Put a couple of Black Bass in the box and one more keeper gag. They hit the green stretch and the tiger green stretch, nothing on the red head today. Water temp was 58.5.

It was smooth on the way in which made it feel colder because we where going so much faster. Back to C-ville around 3:00 to clean the fish and the boat.

Sorry no pics- it was too hard to hit that button with gloves on and it was too dang cold to take the gloves off!
