How come I haven't heard about

the 7" Gulps (Jerk Baits). I bought a pack today 4 baits for $6.99 plus tax. I squeezed them and they seem to be very dense and should last a while. The only bright color on the self was yellow and white with some specks on them. I have never done good with a speckled bait in saltwater, but I will try it. I never been a big fan of the scented baits because the trash fish seem to get them before the game fish.

This 7" bait may have been posted before, but I don't recall it.

Cabela's has them in several colors. Haven't seen them anywhere else.

Someone said he used a horny toad for a quasi-topwater when the float grass got too thick to throw plugs. Gulp! has basically the same thing. I ordered a few.

The dollar-per-grub baits are staying in the garage once the pinfish start back up.

Luke, I've used the Zoom version of the frogs. They do work well. Only problem is pinfish, small blues, etc. love to take the legs off.

I loaded up on soft body frogs and baby 1- crankbaits from this place. They sell topwaters too.
