Chalk saves Tincan AGAIN

Post by Jumptrout51 »

Moderator Chalk hauls in the tournament winning redfish. Tincan was on the boat also.(Last I heard he was eating bananas and making monkey sounds). Hoohoohoohoo. Or something like that.
2nd place honors go to Skeeter22 and Welby and Little Skeeter.
3rd place begrundgingly goes to Onekeeper and Troutrent. (We told them where to fish).

Who would of thought a 3.07 lb fish would win with such big crowd of great fishermen and women....Congrats to Skeeter22/Welby and TroutTrent and One Keeper, as well as all those that braved the slight breeze and low tides.

I have to especially thank Tincan for putting up with me, which can be a difficult task at times. Some qoutes from Friday....

I was very surprized, and pleased, with the number of participants yesterday. We had more than I expected for a miserable day in February.

Thanks to my partner, Chalk, for never giving up, and coming through again, even if he is a pain in the A...........

Congrats to the winners and to my partner for putting a fish in the boat. The secret is our lucky charm "Lil Sketter". Next trip I'll try to contribute something besides the boat. I had a great time but froze my arse off....

The wade fishing would have worked except the mud was deeper than the water. It was too difficult to get unstuck.
