Sounds like a great day. I'll get out this Friday. Hopefully it will be real cold.

Sorry, that seems to come out wrong. Let me clarify. Jerry was explaining that one of his pet peeves was that everyone thinks he is a professional fisherman because he's a outdoors writer. He cited some pretty funny examples of people following him out of the boat ramp because they recognized him. He was a great partner on a bad day. The shot was directed at JT51 who was the renowned fisherman I was referring too.

By the way, nice video Barhopr :D

Great job on the video BH  ...but good grief ...that's way too much work for one man, you need a partner! :D
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".

sweet video. Thanks for sharing.

BTW, I watched a couple of the other videos and saw the one where you were using the sand anchor surf-fishing. Is that a technique you use regularly? If so, how do you like it? How much does it impair a fish's ability to give a good fight? I have had trouble keeping surf-fishing rigs out off the St. Joe Pen. certain times of year, and that me be a solution. Thanks again.

Oh believe me I did. That 1:48 was edited out of about 20 min of video, plus the biggest fish of the day happend after the camera ran out of hard drive space. Once I released the Redfish, I checked the camera and apparently it had run out of disk space about 10 min before I hooked the fish. Felt kind of silly hamming it up to a camera that was off :-?
