SeaTow = 149.00/yr all inclusive-unlimited

BoatUS= ?????it's prorated based on which level you choose and based on hours spent, and it seems expensive to me.

It's Sea Tow for me

Research it on the internet. It's all there

BoatUS - I pay something like $125 for the unlimited option. Plan less than unlimited have a base benefit and are then hourly past the base.

Sea Tow

Post by Reel Cowboy »

The first thing I did after I boat the was to get Sea Tow, I stopped at the marina and signed up before it went in the water. I've used them once on my Dad's boat, we ran out of gas, but not on mine (like everyone I hope I never need it). I can't remeber what I paid but I've got the trailer coverage as well. You almost can't not have it, incase you ever need it.

I have Towboat US. After a scare with fuel issue it was a no brainer to get it.

What Nathan said.

Redbelly, I think it runs around $125 a year.

One tow if you dont have the coverage can be equivalent to 2-4 years of premiums.

Roll of the dice in most cases. The service is always there, cost is the only real consideration.

I've wondered the same thing. I think I'll just stick to TinCan Tow, Reel Slow Tow, Chalk Tow, Barhopr Tow, Jumptrout Tow, etc. :lol:

I know that they made skeeter troll out of the rock garden "when he ventilated the foot on a rock" before they would tow him in "don't recall which service though" :o course, I don't blame em for that :-D :beer:

I'm with Birddog on this one. I know too many people who would come help. In fact they have.
P.S. I'll come into the rocks or into the creek for you.
Most of you anyway.
