Offshore Charter

Post by littlered16 »

I am looking for an offshore charter for March 31st out of carrabelle/alligator point. Up to 6, maybe 8 people. Any suggestions on who to go with?
Thanks.

can't help you with names out of those locations, but I think you'll have trouble getting 8 on board. I recently tried to get 8 on a charter and was told there is a Coast Guard regulation that only permits 6 heads (even if the others aren't fishing).
In the end we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. And we will understand only what we are taught.

The only offshore charter boat at Alligator Point is a 35 Bert, the Lady D, very good charter which i think can accomodate that many people. I don't have the # but im sure AGP Marina does... 850-349-2511

Most Captains have a six-pack (or OUPV) license. That license is restricted to six customers. It allows them to operate an uninspected vessel and carry up to six passengers.
