Rock Island 3/3/07

Dad, BIL, and I went to the flats today looking for the illusive trout. We fished from about 9:00 til 3:00 and boated 7 trout from 16-22 inches (only caught 8 trout all day, only one short one) got into a whole bunch of little rat reds but still managed to pick up two about 20 inches. All in all it was a great day with family. I was glad to be outta the house!

Oh yeah I tried my new slurps and was very disappointed

. Keep trying SWA maybe you will get it.
