POLL: Does Redbelly owe Jumpmouth51 $5?

Post by Redbelly »

I NEVER agreed to the bet in the 1st place. :o

Should I even be considered "in the bet" if not fishing in the contest? 8)

Thus, I accuse Slumptrot51 of an unlawful and illegal (ie., immoral, slewfooted, underhanded, stinky, and just plain ornery) claim to having won a contest bet without having said opposing wagerer in proximity.

Also he stands accused of attempting to employ public embarrassment and ridicule upon such non-present said wagerer so as to use this action to coerce said payment of the illegal bet claim.

Thus....so let it be written, so let it be done..... :smt015

The evidence shows Jumptrout did not seal the deal.

1. Birddog is not a lawyer. He works for one.
2.Redbelly needs a lawyer. Because it looks like I will have to sue him for my $5.00.
3. I am a reasonably intelligent person and a outstanding fisherman, but I don't know what the hell RedBelly said in his post.
4. Not showing up does not cancel the bet. It only proves how scared he is.
5. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Read the evidence as posted in the reference by BD.
There has to be a certifiable agreed upon bet for there to be a winner and a loser.
Even if there was such a said contract, 50% of the party did not participate, thereby nullifying any said "bet".

FACTS do not LIE, JT51 do you know what the meaning of "is' is? :-?

There is no fear in a Redbelly of being outfished by a slumptrout51 of unethical proportions.
If I loses a wager between Gentlemens, then I's a pays up, Suh! :-D

Gentlemens being the key word here..... 8)

I vote Redbelly pay JT51 the $5. JT51 should then buy Eerman dinner at the hot dog stand on Friday with the $5. :-D Only seems fair.
