Mashes Sands

Post by Redphisher »

This is my first post and I'll get pictures next time. Anyway, left the Mashes ramp at 8am. First fish in the boat by 8:15. Wind kicked up right away (10 to 15 steady) but the fish still ate. All in all 8 reds (all under slot size) 10 trout up to 23". Soft palstics under floats and gold spoons. Moving water, rocky points with grass and natural shore line seemed to be the keys. I had better luck last week fishing similar patterns. All fish released to fight another day.
