I like anything Garmin, but there seems to be a lot of accessories for the Etrex series. That is my backup GPS.

My last was a Garmin Map76, but it bit the dust on me a few months back. Bought a Lowrance IFinder H20C to replace it and like it better than the Garmin. Larger screen, better basemap resolution, and over $100 cheaper, all pluses in my book.

I also have the Lowrance Ifinder H20 and I love it.
Do yourself a favor and go to Walmart and get a battery charger and about 20 spare batteries- they always seem to disappear.

i also have the ifinder. It's 3+ years old and has never given any trouble.
I'd rather be lucky than good.

Garmin is blowing out the gpsmap 76s right now. They are only like $10 more than the regular 76's and are selling for around $180-200.

http://www.getfeetwet.com has the GPSMAP 76s for $207.49. They also carry any accessory you could imagine.
What was I supposed to do today?
