Thanks to everyone at the social. Gator and I had a great time. The food was great and there was plenty of it. As for the raffle, I will enjoy all the items that I was lucky to win. The framed art from Steve Whitlock is now on display at L2C (our beach house in Carrabelle). The custom built rod from Reel Cowboy is resting in the rod rack with a new reel waiting for the wind to calm down. The landing net rests right beside it too. Thank you Sea Tow for the membership. I hope I never have to use it this year but I know I will be in good hands if Murphy shows up. the Saltwater Sportsman bag has been loaded with my charts and maps and waits to be loaded on to the Tide-Dancer. And at my age the sun screen with come in handy too.
This was the luckiest I have ever been at a raffle and I thank all the sponsors for their support of Big Bend Fishing forum.
At my last social I bought the same amount of tickets and did not win a thing. Just being at an event with all my forum buddies is the real treat.
Thanks folks for all the good times
Gators says he enjoyed playing with some of the kids at the event. He send tail wags and licks to you all.
See ya on the pond.

Thanks to everyone for a great day. While I spend quite a bit of time in the kitchen area, I did get to see and speak to many folks. Good to see the ones of you I recognized, and nice to meet a few new folks.

'Wat'serName' was lucky enough to win one of the two custom rods by Reel Cowboy.
Thanks Reel Cowboy..That rod will get some good use soon, I hope. I will promote your products as well as those of other donating vendors, every chance I get.
Thanks for the pictures RF, thay are great.

Hope to see any or all of y'all on the water or in Carrabelle.. And if not, well then, we will see ya next year.

Thanks Tom and Chalk. As usually, ya did good. Q 8)

Tin Can, here's the low down on the procedure... we use a pen sized hand piece with a diamond tip abrasive wheel...

As I admitted at the social, not sure our existing silk peel machine is up to the task if you do indeed want to visit... but NEVER being one to give up, I think I've found the right tool for the job, though the Doc said I've got a ton of cleaning to do before she's going to let me bring the new piece of equipment into the office.
