Lake Hall - March 17

I know this topic has been fairly well covered, but I thought it was interesting that the Leon County Property Tax Appraiser web site shows this parcel (here's link: http://dta.co.leon.fl.us/prop/ACCT.cfm? ... 3120000020 ) as being 3.87 acres, of which 1.52 acres is IN the lake. Same thing with the other parcels around this one.

Please keep in mind - The question is not who owns the lake bottom. The question is who can legally fish around boat docks in open public water. The answer according to FWC is anyone with a legal fishing license has the authority to enjoy our great sport at Lake Hall.
