Tom, maybe you should start advertising the site as fishing forum / technical support. Apparently the folks here are good at both. And you don’t have to press “one” for “English”!!

You should ask us how many times we went on a service call and reset a breaker and stuck around checking everything out for an hour because we felt bad they had to call us. Beats getting there and seeing a "no pitch roof" and they want you to put a ceiling fan in or they want one in a room, ......on the first floor, .......at 3:00 pm, .....on Friday.

The no pitch roof is a easy fix Suber.
You run the wire out the window, over the roof, drill a hole, insert wire, run toggle bolts through the ceiling and roof, install fan, attach wires, turn on power, sit in the breeze.

Never bothered me. I wired a house in Cario 2 years and after the third trip to reset the GFI plug and move the sprinkler in the yard so it wasn't shooting directly into the plug I told the contractor the next wasn't free. He called me on a Saturday afternoon while I was in VA to come reset it, I told him where I was and how to do it and he asked me to come fix it Monday. I told him not for free and that'd I'd have him a bill ready and be paid before I reset the dang thing. On Monday, I handed him the bill, he handed me $250.00 and I pushed a button. They moved the sprinkler and it's benn golden ever since.

Now that's funny I don't care who you are! Methinks the bottles and cans on pool deck are surely at least partly empty!
