Right on Dolphinatic.... All of us Believers should try to seriously pray for President Obama today. Not only for his sake, but for the sake of our families. I've heard it said that Abraham Lincoln came into a full relationship with Christ when he was in office. Only God knows if that's true, but there's hope for anyone.

Abe Lincoln was the result of 2 teen age kids that met at a Methodist Camp Meeting brush arbor back in the early 1800's. His parent's instilled Old-time Methodist beleifs in him that resemble the Pentecostal beliefs of today Thomas Jefferson also wrote about the same upbringing in his journals. Where do you think we got "In God we trust"? Elvis Presley came from the same background......where do you think he learned to sing, play the guitar and dance In a Pentecostal church

I'm sure that's part true about Lincoln. But according to wikipedia, his wife said, "From the time of the death of our little Edward, I believe my husband's heart was directed towards religion & as time passed on - when Mr. Lincoln became elevated to Office - with the care of a great Nation, upon his shoulders - when devastating war was upon us then indeed to my knowledge - did his great heart go up daily, hourly, in prayer to God - for his sustaining power When too - the overwhelming sorrow came upon us, our beautiful bright angelic boy, Willie was called away from us, to his Heavenly Home, with God's chastising hand upon us - he turned his heart to Christ."

R.C.---Ive always been told the only way to tell the difference was the Methodist preacher will say hello to you in the liquor Store. Or at least thats what grandpa always told me..
