Obama's "Not So Funny Joke" Tonight Show
I saw the replays this morning of our president cutting a joke comparing his bowling to the "Special Olympics".
You would think a man in his position would have more common since than this. Is it just me, or is this guy a %&*% train wreck waiting to happen.
I feel for those that have disabled children and have to hear this crap from their commander and chief. What a piece of s***!!!!!!!!

What's less funny than the horrible joke is the media's slobberbama coverage... let ANY conservative President say the same joke and you would have instant crazed calls for impeachment, congressional hearings, and Jackson/Sharpton marches.
What's the first headline I see this morning via USA Today's website?
Presidential Dignity Still Intact After Obama's Leno Visit
Give me a *#!@*!* break...
My take? Just another sign Obama doesn't have much grace off the teleprompter, as each time he speaks his own mind his elitism flows so easily off the tongue.

I didn't watch it but, why was he there? He does know he won the election and has been sworn in right? Why is he still campaigning?

I think Obama is trying to ride this "celebrity president" image that the media has given him. After his comment last night he will never gain respect from me. This has nothing to do with political party associations. This was just a disgraceful comment. Can't wait to see what he does next.

Because he is "president" in title only. If he took the office of being our president seriously, he would not be out there doing talk shows to get his views out to the American public. The president is not a celebrity position.....it's a leadership position. Unfortunately, he was not elected as being a leader, but a celebrity. You're just going to have to wait for the "historical" luster to fade and it will eventually fade. His comment about the Special Olympics was from the heart, not the teleprompter via Axelrod. The cream is slowing but surely rising to the top. Regardless though, were stuck with itReel Cowboy wrote:Why was he on the show to start with?

I don't know why I find it so hard to believe the President of the United States would make such a comment....I guess this is just another way of
redefining the office!
By now I should have have learned not to expect any better! Guess I'm just a slow learner!

He's been called out. Will Barry step up?
The top bowler for the Special Olympics looks forward to meeting President Barack Obama in an alley.
"He bowled a 129. I bowl a 300. I could beat that score easily," Michigan's Kolan McConiughey (KO-lahn Mc-KAHNA-he) told The Associated Press in an interview Friday.
The athletic-minded president made an offhand remark Thursday on "The Tonight Show" comparing his weak bowling to "the Special Olympics or something." He quickly apologized and told the Special Olympics chairman he wants to have some of its athletes visit the White House to bowl or play basketball.
McConiughey, who is mentally disabled, is just the bowler for the job. He's bowled five perfect games since 2005.
The 35-year-old McConiughey has been bowling since he was 8 or 9. His advice for Obama? Practice every day.

Right on Dolphinatic.... All of us Believers should try to seriously pray for President Obama today. Not only for his sake, but for the sake of our families. I've heard it said that Abraham Lincoln came into a full relationship with Christ when he was in office. Only God knows if that's true, but there's hope for anyone.dolphinatic wrote:"Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh"
