Please tell me who had the bright idea to put 2 consoles in the thing. And there is hardly any deadrise at all on that hull. That one will be a rough ride.

Has one main console and TWO leaningpost/bait stations........
Obviously set up for alot on bottom dropping. It could have tons of room for someone who wanted to buy it and rework the inside removing that crap and adding a T-Top and livewell. Could be an awesome boat with a little planning and glass work in the interior.

Not much dead rise will cost you in rough water. But less dead rise also means a faster ride. You may get wet, but you'll get there quicker, and be more stable when you stop to fish.

As far as Mercurys go....I had a 250 EFI Merc on the 23 SeaCraft....excellent motor, never stranded me in the 3+ years of running her.
