I don't think we, as Floridians are allowed a warning shot. But, we are allowed to defend ourselves.

He doesn't get to play Wyatt Earp just because someone is attacking his car. If the guy were attacking him with a bat it would be a different story.

why in the heck would someone beat your car with a bat unless they are attacking you.

Must have been a nice guy cause he obviously didn't shoot to kill .

How you figure that "Floridians" are not allowed a warning shot? It is always legal to try non-lethal defense prior to lethal defense.
