rained all day here in Newberry, sun is out now. NE part of Alachua Co. is very wet with the Santa Fe and the New river at flood stage at some locations

SURE HOPE SOME OF THAT RAIN GOT OVER TO LAKE GRANDIN, JUST WEST OF PALATKA. THE LAST TIME I WAS OVER THERE THE WATER WAS ABOUT 100 FT FROM THE BOAT DOCK.

the little lakes around Granden were dry 2weeks ago when I went to St augustine , I have a some customers in Flora Home and went by their place and rode around the area quite a while. The same goes for Keystone area, orange lake is almost dry and was down to about a foot of water a few weeks ago

HEY JIM, THANKS FOR THAT REPORT, I HAVE BEEN FISHING THOSE LAKES, MAINLY GRANDIN, FOR 80 YEARS AND THE LAST 3 YEARS THE WATER IN THOSE LAKES IS THE LOWEST I HAVE EVER SEEN IT. SOMEONE KILLED ALL THE GATORS IN GRANDIN ABOUT 5 YRS AGO AND NOW THE GARFISH HAVE JUST ABOUT TAKEN OVER, THIS USE TO BE ONE OF THE BEST SPEC LAKES IN THE AREA BUT LOOKS LIKE IT WILL NEVER RETURN TO WHAT IT USE TO BE.

I just returned to this site, actually missed it a bit, and was going to post a scallop and fishing report from this weekend and read this junk. Making fun of what is about to happen to New Orleans is plain out hateful. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You think that's a Christian way to to think?
