Updated list below. Just wanted to remind everyone that's going to the fish fry to take a look at the supplies list and try and remember to bring what you've signed up for. Those that aren't signed up to bring anything, get creative and bring something...cold beers are always a good idea. Additionally, I encourage everyone that's prefishing on Friday to keep the fish they catch and bring them to the fry to make sure we have enough.

JT, do we need to bring a fryer or will the one that CT is sending be enough?

This things getting too big to miss...

Even if I can't fish Friday I might cut out early and show up just for the BSing/fish fry.

Casey, the cheese grits and baked beans will need a cooker of sorts. The SGO deepfryer will handle fish,french fries and hush puppies.
If anyone can bring some tables that would be a big help in prep and serving.
Large paper bags, paper towels etc.

Casey. The SGO cooker holds 8 gallons of oil.

Casey, do I still need to bring my big cooker or not. Let me know. I don't have any folding tables. I can bring oil for that 8 gallon cooker.

The FF is going to start at 6 p.m. Some of us will probably be there a little before that to clean fish, get stuff together, etc.

Bring your cooker just in case...better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. Y'all bring some oil for the cooker. We'll bring some as well. Maybe a couple people that aren't bringing anything can bring a gallon or two of oil as well so that one person isn't buying $80 worth of oil.

I'm thinking that we can heat the beans and grits up in one of the ovens in the cottages.

The rain location is TBD, but most likely it will be held up by the main Cottage offices on their covered porch.

I can bring a folding table if needed.

I will bring 2 folding tables and a bottle of oil for the cookers.

I've got a small card table and a couple of chairs I can bring, just let me know.

Anybody got a hurricane tent??? I forecast wet arses and soggy flip flops for Friday nght!!

I'm bringing four gallons of oil for the cooker, but we need some more people to volunteer to bring a gallon or two...I'd hate to have a really nice cooker without enough oil to use it. Please volunteer to bring some oil if you aren't bringing anything!!!
