I think if any one of us had 95% of everything we said recorded it would be easy to put together a blooper's reel. Every president had the same problem it just seems like they all jumped on Bush like a pack of dogs. The media made a bigger deal out of that than the fact that Clinton had an affair inside the walls of the White House?? Bush is a very good man. I think he tried to do everything in an honest and moral way and when he saw that it wouldn't work, he got frustrated and threw his hands up. The general public will never have a clue what he had to deal with in the aftermath of 9-11 and it is easy to criticize while watching CNN. We will see how Obama deals with stuff under pressure that he has never come close to dealing with. Let's face it, a "Community Organizer" or a senator that skips 75% of sessions doesn't really have to deal with a lot. I hope and pray that he proves me wrong for the sake of the country, but it is doubtful and that really scares me. Obama was elected for the wrong reasons and we really don't need that right now. I knew we were in trouble when a majority of his staff is a carbon copy of Clinton's staff. His supporters will soon see that he is not qualified to run the world's most powerful nation. I don't want him to fail. I pray everyday that he succeeds because he is the president of my country, if I like it or not. I try not to get caught up in a lot of this political discussion but sometimes I can't help it. George W. Bush is a wonderful man that had to deal with a crisis no other president had to deal with.RodBow wrote:I'll just miss Bush on Letterman's late night "Presidential Greatest Quotes in History" segment.
