Heard today about a 26" snook seen :o in Wakulla Springs. Remember,you heard it here first. :thumbup:

Credible enough. Park Rangers diving Wakulla took the pics. They will be published soon and entered on this site with the full story.

global warming; bring it on. Remember Lit's post a couple months ago on there being a decrease in pinfish numbers, a greater quantity of southern aquatic plants, early migration of pelagics...I can't wait for snook in the panhandle. I have joked about it for a couple years. Some people say the real-estate market is about to bust; wait til everyone figures out about the pandhandle snook population. :smt007 Let's see some pics.

Jerry's has a pic posted on the fishing report. Can anyone veryify whether that background is actually wakulla springs. Looks like it could be Weeki Wachee. :-D

They will stray, My Grandfather caught one in Apalachicola in the late 50s in a cast net. It was only about 18" long.
If we were all crazy, Wouldn't that make us all normal.
