Spanked their azz...

Birddog ended up in my driveway at 5:15 this morning, he said he got lost :-? ...Loaded the Ghostrider and headed on our way. In about 20 minutes were easing the boat into the near slick bay. Headed to a spot across the bay. Upon arriving the mullet were flying, water was nervous and I put two redfish in the cooler in short order.

The rest of the day becomes a blur, here is why:
Redfish (shortest 16", most were over 20-24") - Qty 35
Trout (shortest 8" (Birddog) - Largest 24" (Chalk) - Qty 6 (4 over 20")

Topwater, Mirrolures, Jerk baits (hard & soft) and a few on spoons

On a sad note after I boated red number 35, I had a slight back lash, while picking it out my new wedding band flew of my finger into the drink, took the nestea plunge, but not dice...the swelling on my head will go down in a day or three

Record Redfish trip on the Ghostrider, I had blast Birddog, topping this day will be tough, can't wait to til next time.

I don't see how you guys are going to top that one. That sounds like an awesome day. Tough about the ring...I'm sure red #36 had it for lunch. :-D

WTG  , that is an awesome day. We did good at St. Marks, but not that good!

I'm on my third ring (same woman), and they get skinner each time. She told me I'd get a gold wire next time I lost it.

I would like to have been a fly on the wall when you told Ms. Chalk about the ring. :-D I hate she threw you out of the house and sent you back to Arizona. :smt005

Another good day on The Ghostrider.

Yep, she didn't crack a smile through any of the colorful explanation. I figured I better check out or else become collateral damage.
