This is a 2 bedroom lockout unit (which means it can be split into two 1 bedroom units) for odd years (every other year, next being in 2007) (or use as a one bedroom unit each year, rather than every other, which gives you a $250/week vacation). This resort is log cabins and has a huge waterpark. It is located between Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge (Dollywood). Annual taxes/dues about $500 every other year. This is a floating week unit during the value time, which has weeks in January (skiing), March, November and December. It is a deeded unit. Can also be swapped for other units through Westgate and Intervals International.
Paid $6500 in 2004. At the resort, this sells for $12000. Will sell for $5000 obo!
