At a recent fishing tournament I had the privilege of staying overnight with Chalk,Tincan,ReelSlow and Birddog. When the conversation moved from sex to tackle I made a comment. I said "while I carry a enormous amount of tackle I usually wind up fishing only whats tied on my rods". It seems the above mentioned TOADS decided to find out if that was true. After getting me very drunk and off to bed,they took advantage of me. I did not know this until about 7:15 the next morning when I went to my tackle box for a GULP. Not only did I not have any GULP I did not have a tackle box. I asked brother Butch if he had put it in the truck. He said NO,it was in the boat when we got back to the house. The only thought I had was when we stopped for gas that morning a passerby must have helped himself to it while we were in the store.
Turns out,it was not some stranger whom I should distrust. At the weigh in I said something about having lost the tackle box when the 4 above mentioned TOADS speak in unison to ask me if I checked all the compartments in the boat for said box. I responded there was no need for that type search since I had not put it in a cubby hole.
Ironically the tackle box was crammed into a cubby hole. Go figure.
MORAL: Never trust a TOAD who gives you free beer.

Moral of the story is - know the mental capacity of your opponent before you max out their mental capacity

When will you learn? What goes around comes around.

If you kept all your tackle in a plastic bag like I do you could put it under you pillow at night. I have seen that tackle box and know you must keep it in the boat because it fit through the door.
