Boat For Sale-40 Yamaha 16' Landau-------SOLD!

I moved too far from the water and feel bad that she can't go swimming more often.
The Boat:
1986 Landau 16' Welded aluminum boat. Approximately 6' wide at beam and just over 4' wide at bottom. Camo paint from previous duck-hunting owner. modified v-hull. Right-console steering. Two wide bench seats. live-well/dry storage box. 5-gallon gas tank. New Teleflex steering cable installed a month ago.
The Motor:
1986 Yamaha 40 horse. 2-stroke. Electric tilt/trim/choke. Solid running motor starts up quick. Flushed every time out. Foot oil just changed and engine tuned up. Pushes the boat to 30mph but does best in mid 20's.
The impeller is getting replaced next week since I noticed it cycling water slower last time out. Has never been run dry or overheated though. Garage kept for last 2 years.
The Trailer:
it's a trailer. Good shape. Galvanized EXCEPT for axl which was replaced a year ago with a solid axl. Wheels are in good shape. Includes brand new spare rim/tire.
Will include Yamaha manual and a couple life jackets. Has a basic depth finder that works but is not connected right now (was going to rewire but haven't finished).
