Caller stated that the hospital in Apalachicola may have been damaged by a tornado touch down. A Mr Baker is en route to confirm. Martin with the Franklin County Sheriff's office confirmed damage to several businesses and windows broken at the hospital.
UPDATE 21:00 Per Baker/Co EM: The EOC has been activated, state of emergency declared, several marinas were damaged along with several businesses, trees down and boats turned over. Electricity out, substation damaged, could be three days before restored. Weems hospital on emergency power, has enough fuel for 30 hours. Two patients being transferred, no trauma patients accepted, only walking wounded <416>
UPDATE 22:34 Per Lowe: EOC will close at 12 mid and reopen at 8:30 AM, local state of emergency. Response...

Hope the property damage to the boats is limited...
