It's OK, Mr. Flats. Several folks on this forum have things they don't want others to know. However, there is help. I'll be glad to take you under my wing. I've helped several people on this forum. For example, when I first met Chalk, he was driving an immitation truck, using a "family owned" boat, and fishing with Ambassadeur reels. Just look where he is today.

Hey Tin whats wrong with ABU GARCIA reels, been fishing those reels for 20 years never had any major problems. I've always found them to be very dependable saltwater reels maybe Tye One ON can chime in

If it aint broke don't fix it.

I have found they cast good left or right handed. My right shoulder started hurting a few years ago, So I throw sometimes with my left. Maybe it will heal when my left shoulder starts hurting.
