St. Marks 12-23 Fish are on vacation too

Post by Saltwater4me »

Got to spend a beautiful afternoon on the water at St. Marks with great friends. Put in at the light house around 2:00 to catch the last few hours of the rise (3 trucks in the parking lot). Went east and fished from half mile south of the mouth of Stoney all the way into Stoney and up a creek. Gave up at 4:45 with the first zero fish day in a long time. I guess the front moving through messed them up or we were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Didn't even see any fish feeding up in Stoney????? It was water skiing conditions on the gulf all afternoon, flat as a pancake on the way in at around 5:00. We'll find'em next time.

Merry Christmas To All!!!!
