A unique website dedicated to fishing information from Florida's Northern Big Bend. This includes the area from the Econfina River west to the Apalachicola River
I went fishing Saturday on the flats and had a very memorable day with my two boys. We were catching alot of reds (19-22) and big trout. I have the itch to go fishing again tomorrow (Wed), but it is the 2nd day after a cold front. I've heard the fish don't return back to their normal feeding pattern until 3 days after the front has passed. I don't want to use a vacation day on the gulf if my chances are slim...so....does anybody have any other data to confirm or deny this pattern?
Can't help you with the 2 day past a front question. If the 3 W's permit I'd say go for it. By the way... whose's flats were you fishing.... (Keaton...??)
