mashes sands 01-13

Post by KFulater »

Me and my two cousin's left the ramp around 9:30 and started to troll in 30ft south of 24.30 minutes later had one on got it to the boat and it broke the line with my favorite stretch30 from bass pro shop :x .After an hour with no more luck we headed to 40ft anchored on my first hole to catch nothing but a few rock bass. Then went to another about 1/4 mile away as soon as the anchor set 2 poles went down 2 24" grouper came in.10 min. later 2 more at the same time and again 10minutes after that. That went on for about an hour with some undersize ones in the mix. They stop move to another part of the hole and we were on them again thats when the biggest came in the 27".After they quit there.I decided to go back to where we lost the one earlier and troll some more.We ran over one area both poles at the same time one red one black keeper came over again samething only one keeper.Anchored on that hole didn't get a bite but realized you see bottom really good.Made me look forward to my diving classes this spring that my wife set up for me for x-mas.Anyway heres the picture of the fish we caught.
