Reading this fellow's post has helped me tremendously over the last couple of years. If you want to learn from a fellow who really knew his stuff and was always willing to share, do a search for Gowge on the FS site. I didn't know the man, but I will truly miss reading his posts.

Very sad news BD, thanks for informing me. Every post I read he was both a knowledgeable fisherman and a gentleman.

We'll have to make the GOWGE SPECIAL work in his honor at Keaton :wink:
