When do the Cobia seem to get here on their run back south? I know they are getting going in pensacola right now and dont want to miss them out on the towers this year. Thanks,

I heard of one caught in PSJ last week
they should start showing up in the next month

I got a call from my buddy in Panama Ciy and he said that they are looking for them any day now.

It depends on the weather, but I've found them around the towers the 3rd week in April the last few years.

Capt.Randy Peart saw several schools of cobia around Aucilla Wed. and said there were probably 15 or so in each school

Easter weekend is usually when I see them!
That's why we schedule to have the Easter bunny bring the baskets to Shell Island..
If there's not a life after fishing, I don't want to live it.....
