Panama City or Destin Off Shore Guides

Does anyone have any recommendations for offshore guides around Panama City or Destin?

I'm searching for a Man's day out while multiple families are renting a beach house for a week beginning on the 6/18.

We are staying at Seacrest Beach area some 15 miles West of PC and about 20 miles east of Destin.

Any Advice?

The Freedom with Capt Jim Guinn 850-234-6205 @ Capt Anderson's Marina...Best trip I have been on..the worst was a few boat slips down :smt011
